Just got these but they are incredibly soft, have two adjustable straps but do run a bit small. Normally I’m a 9.5-10 and I ended on a 10.5 in these. I tightened the straps and they seem to be great now. Haven’t worn them for long periods of time yet

Didn’t fit at all! I’ve owned this shoe in a 9 1/2 purchased the same size online. It doesn’t even come close to fitting. See pictures attached. Old shoe versus new shoe. Would like to return if possible. Thank you!

These are some of the most (if not the most) comfortable casual shoes that I own. I purchased them because of the style and look but after I put them on for the first time I was blown away by how comfortable they are. I have worn them about a dozen different times now and they still are as comfortable as the first and are not showing any signs of unexpected wear. I have not worn any other models of Johnston & Murphy shoes but after the experience I have had with these, I will be giving their other models a shot too.
